I can't say enough good things about our experience with Angela and her team at LiveWell Elder Care Management. Trying to coordinate care for an aging parent is difficult under any circumstance, but doing it from across the country adds an entirely different layer of stress. I live in California and my mom is in Massachusetts, and having LiveWell involved has given me tremendous peace of mind.
From the beginning, they took the time to really understand my mom; her medical needs, her living situation, and what was important to her as well as the concerns my sister and I had as her daughters. They have helped us navigate a complicated healthcare system, coordinate care, secure housekeeping services, accompany her to appointments, communicate with providers, and have even stayed with her in the ER during an unexpected hospital admission when neither my sister or I could be there. Sheri kept an open line of communication with us throughout, calling and texting with updates as things changed.
Sheri is the care manager assigned to my mom, and she has been absolutely lovely. She is kind, compassionate, responsive, and genuinely seems to care about my mom as a person. Knowing Sheri is there locally and understands my mom and her situation has been incredibly reassuring. When you live thousands of miles away, you're constantly aware that you can't just get in the car and be there. Having someone I trust nearby who can assess what's happening and help us figure out the next steps has been invaluable.
I also really appreciate the way Sheri respects my mom's independence. I never feel like decisions are being made for us. Instead, I feel like we have someone experienced in our corner helping us understand our options and navigate them.
For anyone trying to manage the care of a parent or loved one from another state, I would wholeheartedly recommend LiveWell. It has made an overwhelming situation feel much more manageable, and I'm incredibly grateful we found them.

My mom and I met Angela in February this year and she has been kind and understanding of our needs. Katie recently came on board and has given both my mom and I strategies for daily memory care. Both Angela and Katie have been attentive and caring and we look forward to our continued relationship!

Working with Angela has been an absolute gift to our family. From our very first meeting at the hospital during my mother’s major medical event, her calm presence, knowledge, and guidance immediately gave us confidence. We had action and results at that very first meeting.
Her understanding of the hospital environment, medical conditions, and coordinating follow-up care is exceptional. She handled the visiting nurse care, coordinating follow-up appointments with doctors, and providing detailed summaries after appointments so we always clearly understood the next steps. She also carefully reviewed test results in my mother’s online chart, helped coordinate appropriate follow-up care, and made sure nothing important slipped through the cracks.
Beyond her expertise, she was always available as a sounding board for questions, concerns, and even minor issues that arose along the way. Her advice, insight, and steady support brought tremendous peace of mind to our mother and family throughout the process.
I also want to mention that her team member, Cathy, was a tremendous help as well. Cathy assisted with physical therapy support and regular check-ins with my mother regarding her overall well-being, which added another layer of thoughtful and compassionate care for our family.
Angela is compassionate, responsive, organized, and genuinely invested in her clients’ well-being. I highly recommend her to anyone needing elderly care guidance, advocacy, and compassionate coordination of care.

Working with the team has been an absolute lifesaver. My sister has early onset dementia and lives alone. My other sister and I live timezones apart. The precision of the care that LiveWell has provided has been absolutely exceptional, everything from helping rehome a beloved pet who couldn't live with the dementia, to pointing us to trainings, to finding a different care configuration with each step in my sister's journey. We have been able to talk about the most difficult things and the most mundane, and the team has treated our family with the utmost respect and professionalism. I honestly do not know how my other sister and I could have possibly managed thus far without their knowledge, experience and above-and-beyond care.

LiveWell Elder Care Management is made up of incredible people who are so professional and caring. Angela has been a godsend for my parents and I wouldn't trust their care with anyone else. I’ve been working with Sheri from Live Well since October of 2025 and she’s been absolutely wonderful! Sheri will sometimes go with me to my medical appointments and help advocate for me which is much appreciated. She’s also great at communicating and replying quickly if I reach out to her with questions or concerns that come up. I would recommend Live Well’s services to anyone who is looking for someone to help take care of a loved one and just needs a little extra help doing so

Our experience with LiveWell Elder Care provided our client as well as our caregivers with a comprehensive, supportive relationship to foster the best home care regimen.
Sheri LaBree-Boyce consistently thinks outside the box to deliver engaging, respective support with our caregivers for our client who has early onset dementia. Using a Life Care manager is so beneficial to the client and their family. I have and will continue to refer our home care clients to Sheri and her team!

I've been working with Sheri from LiveWell for the past few months and I have found her to be extremely knowledgeable. She has a vast amount of experience and expertise working with older adults and individuals with dementia.

Angela @ LiveWell Elder Care Management did a wonderful job at helping our family deal with a family member with Alzheimer. Angela and her team were instrumental at getting our family member the help he needed with housekeeping, personal care, and medications as well as accompanying him to doctor appointments. Besides just transporting him, they would take care of any follow-ups and inform our family the details of the visit. They continued to assist us as John was transitioned to an assisted living facility and then a couple of years later to a secure memory care unit in the facility. John always felt secure and comforted with Angela and her group and we were always kept well informed of any needs or occurrences. We would highly recommend LiveWell Elder Care Management to anyone in need of their services.

Having helped a family member through the early stages of Alzheimer's for two years, I realized that I needed more help in meeting my elderly cousin's needs. I contacted the Alzheimer's Association which was extremely helpful in recommending a Geriatric Care Coordinator to us. I was unfamiliar with this resource but when I searched for recommendations, I found Live Well and Angela Ashton in a nearby town. This was a life changing moment for my cousin and for me. Angela had the professional and personal skills that we needed. Not only well trained and skillful, she had the personality and approach that worked with my cousin and the family.
Angela described herself as a "professional daughter" and the description was spot on. Angela visited my cousin whenever we needed her help, she was willing and able to bring her to medical appointments, and she often was the person who led the challenging transitions, such as the move to Assisted Living. What I appreciated most was her willingness to do whatever was helpful without making assumptions about what that might be. She guided us without overwhelming us. Her medical knowledge was very helpful. My cousin liked and trusted her--and so did we. Angela and Live Well have my highest recommendation.

Angela helped us in so many ways with our sister-in-law and cousin Nancy. I know Nancy thought a lot of Angela. Angela was with Nancy when we didn't know how to help her understand and accept living at Haywood Commons.

Angela is a life saver! She first helped our family when we started to make long term plans to assist our parents as my father declined with Alzheimer's Disease. We contacted her again a few years later when he was hospitalized and had to transition to rehab. My mom was completely overwhelmed with all the decisions that had to be made and how to deal with insurance. Angela steps in with her professional and compassionate knowledge and put us all immediately at ease. She advocates for whatever your situation is and adapts to any circumstance. She understands so many facets of elder care and knows who to call and which way to go. We ultimately had to move my dad to a memory care facility and she was with us every step of the way. The system can really take advantage of people if you don't know all the ins and outs but Angela can navigate it all. We can't recommend her enough!

Angela has been a godsend for our family!
She truly understands seniors and is skilled at connecting and communicating effectively with them. She has been managing key healthcare tasks for our aging parents, including coordinating specialized medical procedures for our Mom.
This has been extremely valuable for us since we live time-zones away.
It is obvious Angela has a passion for elder care given her level of expertise. She has gone above and beyond for us, even sacrificing her personal time to help us.
It takes a special person to provide this kind of care for seniors, and we thank Angela tremendously for her services.

Angela is actively involved in overseeing our father’s care allowing him to continue living safely in his home even as his cognitive abilities and physical health continue to decline.
She monitors his medications, in-home care services while also transporting him to and attending all medical appointments. Angela keeps us well informed of interactions and communications with his team of medical professionals.
Our family is profoundly grateful to have Angela’s knowledge and understanding to guide us. Her experience is invaluable and has helped prevent re-hospitalizations.
Angela’s calm presence, professionalism and compassion give us all peace of mind knowing our father is in very capable hands.

This past year has been an interesting year for and with an older relative, dealing with hospitalizations and cognitive issues. Because she lives along, there were concerns that she may have had to leave her home and go into an assisted living facility. But then we found LiveWell Elder Care Management. With Angela Ashton’s guidance and help to arrange home care services, Angela has made it possible for our relative to continue to live in her home. Thank you for helping us to make sure our relative has an even better quality of life living safely at home.

LiveWell Elder Care Management has been a total lifesaver for me. I live on the opposite side of the country from an elderly parent. When there was an urgent situation in the middle of the ongoing pandemic and there was no way for me to safely fly to the east coast, they jumped in on a moment's notice and alleviated the concerns greatly.
