I've been working with Sheri from LiveWell for the past few months and I have found her to be extremely knowledgeable. She has a vast amount of experience and expertise working with older adults and individuals with dementia.
I highly recommend working with LiveWell if you're looking for support for your aging Loved One. LiveWell will get you the resources and support that both you and your Loved One need and deserve.
Angela @ LiveWell Elder Care Management did a wonderful job at helping our family deal with a family member with Alzheimer. Angela and her team were instrumental at getting our family member the help he needed with housekeeping, personal care, and medications as well as accompanying him to doctor appointments. Besides just transporting him, they would take care of any follow-ups and inform our family the details of the visit. They continued to assist us as John was transitioned to an assisted living facility and then a couple of years later to a secure memory care unit in the facility. John always felt secure and comforted with Angela and her group and we were always kept well informed of any needs or occurrences. We would highly recommend LiveWell Elder Care Management to anyone in need of their services.

Having helped a family member through the early stages of Alzheimer's for two years, I realized that I needed more help in meeting my elderly cousin's needs. I contacted the Alzheimer's Association which was extremely helpful in recommending a Geriatric Care Coordinator to us. I was unfamiliar with this resource but when I searched for recommendations, I found Live Well and Angela Ashton in a nearby town. This was a life changing moment for my cousin and for me. Angela had the professional and personal skills that we needed. Not only well trained and skillful, she had the personality and approach that worked with my cousin and the family.
Angela described herself as a "professional daughter" and the description was spot on. Angela visited my cousin whenever we needed her help, she was willing and able to bring her to medical appointments, and she often was the person who led the challenging transitions, such as the move to Assisted Living. What I appreciated most was her willingness to do whatever was helpful without making assumptions about what that might be. She guided us without overwhelming us. Her medical knowledge was very helpful. My cousin liked and trusted her--and so did we. Angela and Live Well have my highest recommendation.

Angela helped us in so many ways with our sister-in-law and cousin Nancy. I know Nancy thought a lot of Angela. Angela was with Nancy when we didn't know how to help her understand and accept living at Haywood Commons.

Angela is a life saver! She first helped our family when we started to make long term plans to assist our parents as my father declined with Alzheimer's Disease. We contacted her again a few years later when he was hospitalized and had to transition to rehab. My mom was completely overwhelmed with all the decisions that had to be made and how to deal with insurance. Angela steps in with her professional and compassionate knowledge and put us all immediately at ease. She advocates for whatever your situation is and adapts to any circumstance. She understands so many facets of elder care and knows who to call and which way to go. We ultimately had to move my dad to a memory care facility and she was with us every step of the way. The system can really take advantage of people if you don't know all the ins and outs but Angela can navigate it all. We can't recommend her enough!

Angela has been a godsend for our family!
She truly understands seniors and is skilled at connecting and communicating effectively with them. She has been managing key healthcare tasks for our aging parents, including coordinating specialized medical procedures for our Mom.
This has been extremely valuable for us since we live time-zones away.
It is obvious Angela has a passion for elder care given her level of expertise. She has gone above and beyond for us, even sacrificing her personal time to help us.

Angela is actively involved in overseeing our father’s care allowing him to continue living safely in his home even as his cognitive abilities and physical health continue to decline.
She monitors his medications, in-home care services while also transporting him to and attending all medical appointments. Angela keeps us well informed of interactions and communications with his team of medical professionals.

This past year has been an interesting year for and with an older relative, dealing with hospitalizations and cognitive issues. Because she lives along, there were concerns that she may have had to leave her home and go into an assisted living facility. But then we found LiveWell Elder Care Management. With Angela Ashton’s guidance and help to arrange home care services, Angela has made it possible for our relative to continue to live in her home. LiveWell Elder Care Management has been a total lifesaver for me. I live on the opposite side of the country from an elderly parent. When there was an urgent situation in the middle of the ongoing pandemic and there was no way for me to safely fly to the east coast, they jumped in on a moment's notice and alleviated the concerns greatly. They have provided great ongoing support ever since as well!
